Sweet & Spicy Pomanders, 2/9/20, 2:00 to 4:00

The fragrance of sweet citrus and spicy cloves will fill the air at the Miller-Cory House Museum!  Studding fruits with whole cloves to make a “pomander ball” to freshen the air or linens was a tradition in 18th century America.  Children may make their own simple pomander ball and learn a few facts about their history.  Tours of the fully furnished, c1740 farmhouse are included. Suggested age: 4-8. Admission is $5.00 for adults and children 13 and older, $3.00 for children ages 3 to 12 and free under age 3
